I have been privileged to travel across the globe for over two decades, exploring culture and innovation on Inspiration Expeditions with clients and conducting ethnographic research throughout Europe and in countries such as the US, China, Indonesia, India, Korea, and many others. This extensive experience has provided me with a rich perspective that keeps my thinking innovative.
My travels have not only deepened my understanding of diverse consumer behaviours but also enabled me to identify emerging trends that can propel brands forward. This unique combination of global insight and consumer-centricity ensures that my work remains both relevant and impactful.

Strategy + Planning
Developing tailored strategies that align with your vision and objectives.
Created The Thinking House, Bord Bia’s Insight Centre, the first of its kind and only one in the world. It offers a stimulating, creative space to inspire fresh thinking, supported with experts to work with food, drink and horticulture companies across strategy, foresight, trends, insight, innovation and brand development.
Developed and authored Bord Bia Statement of Strategies, Making a World of Difference 2016 – 2018, and Building Differentiation, Winning Growth 2019 - 2021.
Established the strategic priorities, programmes, activities and KPIs to deliver on these, and the evaluation of same. Established and authored the ten-year strategy framework 2022 – 2031.
Created Insight – Led Training within Bord Bia to upskill organisation in business acumen, insightful thinking and communication. Programme replicated and rolled out by Marketing Institute of Ireland.
